Introduction: My name is Dr. Justin Ternes, DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy). I am owner of JT:DPT Mobile Physical Therapy. Rehab and Performance that comes to you! My treatment sessions blend a variety of skills specific to each individual. I use a combination of manual therapy, functional movement strengthening techniques, and breath/body/mindfulness/body awareness exercises (All are Evidence-Based Practice). But above all, education is #1. I want to help you understand your pain/injury and re-align your perception of the issue with the reality of the situation. With injury, comes disruption in communication between the body and mind. Through conversation with a doctorally trained pain specialist, we will be able to improve your communication and understanding of your pain.... Leading to instant relief and an accelerated return to activities you love! I specialize in chronic pain, low back pain, and knee and shoulder injuries.
