- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices can be negotiated But just don’t low ball to the point the pro won’t feel comfortable doing the job cause then that’s how you get a horrible after it’s done project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ve don’t have any difficulty with customer,nor have I had any yet.I don’t mind the difficulty when it ever comes to it from a customer,but I will always make sure that the customer gets what she or he wants for there specific project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for over 7+ years and I’ve been self teaching my self along the way to be better at what I do cause I know it will go the long way.
