Helen J. says, "Andrew came out same day for a toilet clog. It was not a simple snaking. It required digging down to the pipe and hydrojetting. He did a great job. Also installed a clean out so wouldn’t have this problem in the future (a previous plumber did not do this so I appreciate the extra advice in this). Did the job as quoted and left everything cleaned up. Definitely recommend!!"See more

We live in a 1958 home with 75-year-old cast iron pipes and some pretty rough DIY plumbing from previous owners, so this was not an easy job. Johnny and Cesar came out first to assess the house and I got a great feeling right away. Honest, knowledgeable, and no upselling. What started as just two things we wanted fixed turned into us upgrading a lot more simply because we trusted them. Over two days, Ricardo, Barrett, and Michael fixed multiple P-traps, replaced our water heater, replaced old shower plumbing and fixtures, hydro blasted our primary shower, upgraded our main water shutoff valve, and next week they’re doing epoxy lining on our old cast iron pipes. These guys were all incredible. Professional, detail-oriented, great with our dogs, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Ricardo went above and beyond by sweeping/cleaning out our water heater closet and even put our trash bins out and brought them back in after trash day. If you have an older home or complicated plumbing, I can’t recommend them enough. I almost miss having them around."See more

It started with the initial back and forth with Nathan on Thumbtack. He thoroughly answered my questions and took time to explain what the issue problem my recirculation pump was by reviewing photos and my explanation of the issues. He dispatched Jesse from his team to my home to resolve the issue. Jesse was absolutely great to work with. He took time to understand and diagnose the issue. Turned out the recirculation pump was installed completely wrong. He had to replace the recirculation pump, multiple valves, and replumb parts of the system. He took time to walk me through my options and the causes of the problem. He even recorded a video of how to program the recirculation pump. Additionally, Jesse also replaced a washing machine angle stop after the old one corroded into the open position and the cartridge in my shower to stop constant dripping. Throughout all of this work, Jesse displayed high attention to detail, a knack for problem solving, constant professionalism, and a deep pride in his work.
