I reached out to Alex after a pipe behind my water heater burst. From the very beginning he was communicative, professional, and provided updates leading up to his arrival. He not only provided a fair estimate, but he also tackled the repair that same day and made sure to show me his work every step of the way while also taking care to minimize debris and clutter/trash. He made sure to only cut into the wall where he needed to and did so with care and attention. His work was thorough, neat, and well executed.
