Over two days, Ricardo, Barrett, and Michael fixed multiple P-traps, replaced our water heater, replaced old shower plumbing and fixtures, hydro blasted our primary shower, upgraded our main water shutoff valve, and next week they’re doing epoxy lining on our old cast iron pipes. These guys were all incredible. Professional, detail-oriented, great with our dogs, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Ricardo went above and beyond by sweeping/cleaning out our water heater closet and even put our trash bins out and brought them back in after trash day. I had reached out to another plumber, they came and diagnosed the issue - the cartridges needed to be replaced. However, I didn’t like the quote. So I reached out to other plumbers for more quotes. Four A’s had the best rate. We scheduled the job for Tuesday at 8am. After an hour, no one showed up. I texted and called the number from Thumbtack (Hugo) and no response. So I googled the company and found another number. I called it and a woman answered and said she would find out what’s going on and call me back. When she called back, we rescheduled for the afternoon and someone would let me know when they’re on the way. Hugo texted me at 12:40, apologizing. He said he was having phone issues. Someone named Abraham would come in 30 min. He came, fixed the issue quickly. He was nice and professional. That evening, my daughter took a shower and the valves were leaking when turned on. The next morning, I texted Hugo about the problem. He said he could come that afternoon. No show. I texted him that evening to find out what happened. The next day I called the main number and left a message. Not long after I got a text from Hugo. He said someone would come 12-2. They showed up on time and fixed the problem. Nice and professional. The work was done for a good rate, but the communication was lacking a bit. I try to give all people the benefit of the doubt, so I didn’t automatically think negatively with the now shows. But it was frustrating. Overall, I am satisfied with the work."See more
