I have been one year with them. Sandra was the person of contact in the CalProp team. She was efficient and nice, and I have no complaints about her or the apartment at all. When we first moved in, some things were not as expected, but they fixed it pretty fast. They are a serious property management company and you should not have any problem with them!

Before moving in to Ocean Beach I had not worked with Cal-Prop before. I moved down to the San Diego area back in September of 2019. I was warned about Cal-Prop going into my lease.Upon trying to move down here I was working with Mario. He was very accommodating to our needs and very responsive especially when trying to move from out of state.Since I have been living here, with the workload Mario manages, he has been very responsive on any repairs that are needed and has worked with me to improve the property. He always checks in post repair to make sure it all went well. I appreciate everything that Mario does and moving from Seattle he is one of the best Property Managers I have ever worked with and I am very thankful to have him managing the property I lease.

Decided to move into an apartment of theirs last month. The property is well-maintained and quiet. The application process was smooth and easy; Felix and the rest of the staff are friendly and professional; and the few repairs that were needed were done efficiently and in a timely manner. Very pleased.

Honestly...one of the best rentals we have rented in SD with an awesome manager. Bob Davis has been our manager for 2 years now at the rental we rent from them. He is always there to help fix any issues that may come up like a garbage disposal issue, plumbing, etc. He is very responsive and treats us like we are his only tenants (which we know we are not!) Give these guys a chance, you won't regret it!
