We just closed on a property and Scott was our agent. We had a very unique situation and we were looking for something super specific. We had multiple decision makers, 2 of whom live out of town, and he was great at working with our schedules to maximize our time spent looking at properties. Scott did an amazing job and showed us a ton of options. He thought creatively and was very patient letting us come to conclusions on our own about the market, our budget, and our specific needs.When it came time to put in an offer, Scott really showed up and did an amazing job advocating for us and helping to guide us through the process.Im happy to say that with his help we ended up with a great property that feels like home already.If youre looking for a real professional who can get the job done with a great deal of class and patience, I cant think of a better choice!

Scott is the best! Second transaction with him and his team and yet again, he goes above and beyond! His knowledge of the San Diego market was on point. He showed us neighborhoods we had never even considered looking at. His estimate of what my condo would sell for was right on. His phone is always on and he responds quickly. We gave him a list of things we absolutely needed in a home and he never wasted our time showing us something that we didn't want. He even brought things to our attention that we hadn't considered (schools, dining, parks, etc). He stayed on the Realtor and Seller and landed us a great home that thought we wouldn't get! He goes above and beyond always! If you're not using Scott as your realtor you're making a mistake.

Scott is excellent to work with - he is personable and knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were hoping to buy in, patient in our moments of indecision, and never pushy. He gave us good advice and never just told us what we wanted to hear in this tough market. He was extremely responsive and available to accommodate our busy schedules.
