- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with a new client, I to be sure they understand the process and what my role is and what their role is. If a buyer, they need to be pre approved so we know what we should be looking for that fits their budget. With a seller, we need to agree on what the goal is and if they are interested in doing any upgrades if needed in order to sell at the price they feel is realistic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a small business owner and a realtor, the people skills I have acquired over the last 15 year have helped me with being honest and direct in what I can or can't accomplish for you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
New home buyers, buyers purchasing a second home or vacation property, sellers, including handling short sales.
