SF remodeling or Steve was the epitome of great and excellent work! He fixed a broken and shattered door and it came out like brand new all over again, like nothing ever happened. He was professional, thoroughly cleaned his work area and price was more than reasonable. Definitely a 5-STAR rating and I’ll use his services again and again!!!

I can’t recommend Steve Flores more for his customer service, attention to detail, and work he put into my little duplex. I typically have long-term tenants (several years at a time) and end up needing to do renovations each time. This time around, I need a bit of everything to include tile flooring, baseboards, bathroom fixtures and lighting, closet installation, kitchen countertop and all the plumbing work. Steve also addressed termite damage that included insulation, drywall, texture, painting and outside gates and fence, Steve did it all! And on top of everything else, he even installed new blinds and new kitchen hardware for me. Overall, he was pleasant, efficient, organized (he gave me receipts for everything for traceability). My duplex is looking beautiful and ready to be rented out again thanks to Steve. Can’t thank him enough!

SF painters did a great job. They helped me install vinyl flooring i was going to attempt to install myself. They completed the baseboards and trim paint. Way better than me. Nui James
