We had the best experience ever with BH Roofing! We interviewed 10 other roofing companies before hiring BH to roof our Victorian house. Our house had numerous challenges (steep roofs, multi-levels, and access issues). They were very responsive in providing licensing, insurance, and bonding information. I checked with the Contractors State Licensing Board and found no complaints against them. Their contract spelled out what we could expect. We did make a few contract adjustments (additions), which they did without hesitation. They did what they said they would do. They arrived when they said they would each day. They cleaned up all the debris every day after they finished for the day. Their workers were absolutely incredible. They worked like a precision machine. They were hardworking, respectful, and helped each other. The safety equipment was used to make sure all the workers stayed safe. The supervisors worked and oversaw what the workers were doing, assisted with the work, and sent us photos each day of their progress. When we saw an area of concern, they immediately fixed the problems. We would highly recommend this company without hesitation. The owners, Leon Segal, and his son, Sam, were absolutely outstanding in bidding the job and in their followup with us. We found them to be professional, honest, friendly, knowledgeable...they demonstrated the utmost integrity. When the job was done, Sam Segal came to the house and inspected the roofing job. He asked if we had any questions or concerns, which we didn't have. We have had other contractors stop by to look at our roof and inquire as to the name of our contractor. Those contractors said that they would not have been able to do such a roofing job, but would definitely recommend BH to other customers who had roofs with the same degree of difficulty as our roof. I am so thrilled to be able to write this positive review!

Sam came out and answered all my questions in regards to me paying to get my mom’s roof fixed. Once the process started, I kept calling Sam to ask about different things. Sam was most accommodating and professional with resolving all my concerns. My mom’s roof is now perfect as can be and she loves it so much. Thanks to Sam I am now my mom’s favorite child. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest, and we are usually not the most expensive, but I can always guarantee that we will be one of the best quality with a five-year workmanship guarantee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We as a group have been trained by gas on the installation methods of shingling. We are also ASC certified silicone roof installers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We grew up in the business. Grandpa was a Roofer. My father was a roofer, and now I’m managing the business, and have become a roofer.
