Barry D. says, "I asked Matt to replace the thermal paste that bonds my CPU chip to its heat sink -- the PC fan was coming on too often, and I guessed that after 6 years, the maintenance was due. Matt did this (and sent photos, too!), and along the way reported that the GPU may need the same treatment. He also identified and fixed a very dirty fan and a bad connection for the track pad. All in all, the repairs were quick and well executed, and he charged a fair price. This PC should run for years more.
