CICA Inc is a Family Office providing wealth management, investment advice and all back office accounting, financial reporting and tax advice to high net worth individuals and families Richard was hired as a consultant in early 2012 specifically to assist us in transitioning to a new complex software package to modernize our infrastructure. This project was completed in March 2015. At the time Richard joined us, we were running various disparate financial systems. There was an accounting system, custom written financial recording and reporting software, and many spreadsheets designed to best record, analyze and report on our numerous investments in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Stocks and multi-currency bank accounts. His prime responsibility was to: a. Liaise with the Software developer. This included full testing of software with our data, bug reporting, and assistance with custom reports and accuracy verification. b. Verify converted historical data for each and every investment and then do the same for consolidated information all the way up to Balance Sheet and Income Statement. c. Assist in the actual transition to the new platform whilst maintaining accurate accounting and reporting to management. d. Train staff. e. Write the CICA procedural manual for the software. f. Write Excel reports where required Richard picked up the essence of our very specialized and complex business very quickly. He is very organized, has excellent analytical skills and his broad range of accounting and Information Technology skills helped us immensely. He frankly exceeded our expectations. Anthony exceeds the realm of normality in a business consulting role. As he is so much more than a consultant, he went above and beyond for our small family pharmacy. He billed us for 1 consulting hour which is equal to $300, in all actuality he spent at least 6hrs getting familiar with our business as he knew more about the business, than the siblings. Don't judge a book by a price tag nor reviews, which criticize his straight forward, blunt, asshole personality trait behavior. Anthony is well worth all that and so much more, if you can handle, the truth.
