Charlie showed up like he’d been training his whole life for this exact drip‑drip‑drip showdown. From the moment he walked in, he was knowledgeable, explaining what was wrong with my faucet in a way that made me feel like I could almost pass for a junior plumber. He was friendly and didn’t judge me when I admitted I had tried “fixing” it by turning things off. But the best part? Charlie was absolutely determined to get the job done. My faucet put up a fight — at one point I’m pretty sure it hissed — but Charlie handled it with the calm confidence of someone who has seen far worse plumbing crimes.
