He performed the job, was amenable to my observing and was courteous and professional. When finished, he checked the pressure, tested for leaks and he cleaned up the work area. As we were waiting for the water to drain from the old tank, I expressed concerns about my water pressure possibly too high, causing bathroom faucet to leak; he performed a courtesy check of my water pressure and confirmed it was too high.
