He told me exactly what was going on, and even went the extra mile to walk me through what he needed to do to fix the problem. I super appreciated that he gave me options for cost when it came to the repair, giving me the simple basic fix, and the upgraded solution that would prevent this from happening again in the future. After fixing my sink, he also cleaned up the mess which was so kind to do. I will 100% be using his services again in the future when I start renovating the guest bathroom!
