She managed her sub-contractors well and seems to have developed a great team of people. If any issue or question came up (as it undoubtable does) Cheryl handled it in a timely manner. In fact the entire project was completed in an extremely timely manner, a full 2.5 weeks ahead of the projected end date! Our project included a complete kitchen gut job/remodel, the removal of a wall to create an open concept, new flooring throughout the house, new skylights, the addition of a window and french doors along the back wall, and a new HVAC system. Cheryl made it possible for my family to continue to live in the house while they worked by creating tent around our living room that minimized the dust as much as possible and we created a make shift kitchen in our garage. So the fact that this was done in under a month was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated. This doesn't mean she skimps on quality. If something wasn't completed to her liking, she had it redone until it was done correctly. Her eye for detail is amazing. She has a great vision and great ideas yet is collaborative. I think we blended our ideas beautifully. She is direct and honest. I might be in the minority, but besides the basic inconveniences of not having a kitchen for 3 weeks, I really enjoyed this process and working with Cheryl. And the end result is amazing. Our friends and family cannot believe the results and the house feels like OUR home for the first time since we bought it. We will definitely use Cheryl for any future projects. (The photos attached are when the kitchen was 90% completed).
