Gerardo and his team did a fantastic job. They added a brown "scratch coat" to a bunch of patched areas following major house construction. Then applied a synthetic stucco skim coat over everything. It looks like brand new stucco. I've worked with dozens of contractors over 4 years of house work. And Gerardo is one of a few I will recommend to everyone. Polite, responsive, thoughtful, and high quality work. Gets my highest recommendation.

G is one of those contractors who actually care about the quality of their work. He expressed the term “quality” in a lot of our conversation and now I know why. He truly cares about the end product and that the quality is there that backs up his work. He knows his stuff. He knows how to get the job done and he is professional every step of the way. You just have to let him do his thing and in the end you will not be disappointed. I am glad I chose G because the finished product was fantastic and the quality was beyond my expectation. I would hire him ten times over in the future, no doubt. Trustworthy contractor, hard worker and cuts no corners. He has a great group of guys who play specific roles in his operation but for the most part he is hands on and cares about his work. True craftsman for sure!! The stucco was still wet in some places when I snapped the photos but they tell tte great work G does :)
