I highly recommend Megan for anyone looking to improve their fitness. Megan's personal training had a major impact in my life. I took yoga lessons for her for 6 months. Through her instruction I was able to balance my mind, body and soul. I also literally improved my balance skills which helps out on my favorite activity...downhill longboarding. Megan is extremely dedicated to and knowledgeable about personal training and fitness.
Swim lessons for my grand daughter. Lori Herrea was a excellent instructor. My grand daughter learned how to be safe in water, and the proper way of breathing while swimming, I highly recommend The Swimming Swan.
Sunsational Swim School provided an exceptional swim instructor to teach my 2 6 year old kids lessons. The swim instructor worked within my schedule and came to my home pool to give the lessons. I would use this company again!
We hired Bri for private in home swim lessons. She is great and patient with our Almost 3 year old. He looks forward to all his lessons and has made great progress in just 3 lessons so far. He cried the 1st time, on 2nd and 3rd times within minutes of being in the pool he is smiling!
Amy knows the body and biomechanics. She can identify and articulate needed adjustments easily and more importantly helped me understand how to work with my body. In addition she is the best swim specific yoga instructor I have ever known.
Will coached me through individual private lessons and master swimming with tremendous results. I improved my Ironman 2.4 mile swim by 37 minutes in under a year. He also improved my efficiency in the water which greatly improved my cycle time in my triathlons from 15 MPH to almost 17 MPH. His results are phenomenal and his style is friendly with lots of enthusiasm and encouragement.
Erica works with our three boys who all have special needs. We have had swim lessons for three years and for the first time we have an instructor, in Erica, that is meeting them where they are in the water. She instantly made the kids comfortable in the water and before we knew it the kids were open to acquiring new skills. Her approach is individualized and skilled while making it fun and playful. Erica is professional, flexible and VERY child focused. I highly encourage any parent who wants an exceptional swim experience to call upon her, your children will be swimming before you know it!
I got a couple of surfing lessons from Kris. He knows about all surfing breaks around San Diego. I surfed a couple of times in my life but I had never stood up on a board before. The second lesson I had from him, I was able to get up on a board and actually surfed!! It was a great feeling. He watched me every little detail what I did wrong and then he advised what could be better. He was a fun and very friendly person.
My son is 7 months and this was his first swimming lesson. He was nervous at first but Kris got him comfortable in the water and we're excited to continue with his lessons.

I have been a swim instructor for about 5 years now. Having a background in swimming myself, I have been competitive for 12 years and have been able to see the world and meet amazing people through the sport. Now, my passion of swimming has brought me to teaching people of all ages, from infants and 6 months to adults for fitness. As a USA swimming alumni swimmer and a former national team member of the Mexican National Team, not only do I keep technique in mind but also safety. I am also ARC Lifeguard certified with my Title 22 and oxygen/first aid certifications. I believe swimming is a life skill that can enhance our active lives and keep us all safe.
I have over 12 years of experience in swim instructor training with all different ages and backgrounds.
