I have been a customer both for my family and for business functions of Dine In for several years and love the food and service. As a dinner client I receive meals for my family 3 nights per week or more. When we have corporate functions, they are my first choice, especially if we have week long trainings or meetings and need variety for our guests daily.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Encore offers straight forward pricing for all services and packages. All pricing is plus standard 7.75% sales tax.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once date and services are identified, we will quote estimated pricing based on information we have. Upon agreement a deposit will be required to reserve the date. These are typically non refundable once date has been taken off calendar.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide both an event venue plus full catering and our sister company and partner vendors. We specialize in weddings, dance events, corporate functions, school functions, birthdays and showers.
