- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just a connection with my customers seems to be enough that I am willing to commit to serving them, even without a deposit. Confident that a satisfied customer will be glad to bless the arrangements made on their behalf.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Wilton Decorator, as well as commercial bakery production experience for 8 plus years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began as a hobby, then as a bakery clerk for Vons I started decorating cakes in 2005.
