Reva and her entire team were absolutely amazing start to finish!! I had a tricky venue with lots of rules and three segments of my wedding were in completely diff part of the garden meaning 3 set ups, 3 types of rules, and then shuffling our guests to each spot on time. She was absolutely flawless and recommend her again and again!!

Hire a day-of coordinator! I can’t stress that enough, and I’m so glad we did. As a DIY couple who wanted to do everything ourselves, we are so grateful to the friends and family who convinced us to hire a day-of coordinator.
I can’t even begin to thank Reva enough for everything leading up to my partner and I’s wedding reception, and on the day of. I found Reva on Thumbtack after submitting an initial inquiry, and she was very quick to respond. For some additional context, my partner and I were less than a month away from our 75-guest wedding reception in Pacific Beach, so we were really cutting it close when we decided to hire a day-of coordinator. When I spoke to Reva to give a rundown of our wedding reception, she was calm and collected. We told her that some of our non-negotiables were that we wanted her to MC an activity we had planned, which was trivia—and she did amazing the day of!
Reva also had an assistant with her the day of, who helped with loading their car with all our decorations. She set up the venue to match the inspiration pictures I sent. By the time we arrived, everything was already set up, and Reva had coordinated with the other vendors to provide guidance on where to set up. It felt like walking into a dream come true as we just tinkered with finishing touches before guests started to arrive.
During the event, Reva took such good care of me and my partner. She got us food and drinks and was always nearby to check in on us and make sure we were eating and drinking. She knew I didn’t hire a videographer and asked if I wanted her to capture some moments—and I’m so glad she did!
At the end of the event, when we were all drinking and partying with our friends and family, she took care of the teardown and had everything loaded up in the car.
I hired Reva to help me plan my wedding. Reva was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what she was hired to do and what was in our contract. She made our special day stress free so we could enjoy everything. I highly recommend Reva Event to anyone who is looking for an event coordinator. I will definitely be hiring her to help me with all of my events in the future. Thank you again Reva for everything!

If you're in any doubt about hiring a wedding planning team or day of coordinator just book Reva. now. I felt like if there was one thing worth spending money on for my wedding it was have a reassuring and organized coordinator. Kaiah was heaven sent. I interviewed 2 other companies but knew I wanted Kaiah's calm and peaceful energy around me and my wedding party. Wedding's are so hectic and overwhelming that I needed someone very detail oriented who I could trust with execution. She never pressured me on decisions, and even offered very helpful and wise options for me to choose from when I was in doubt. Sonny the 2nd assistant on the day of was also helpful. He and Kaiah kept checking in on me and Cory offering to be our extra hands and feet, saving us from getting caught up in the chaos. Like I said before, you really get what you're paying for. Even though I needed day of coordinator services, I was communicating with Kaiah a few months before which eased my nerves. Also shoutout to women/POC businesses as I am also a woman of color and wanted to give my business to my own. Lastly, they are a destination based service company. I live in the 562/Cerritos and Reva is from San Diego, but they will follow you anywhere, around the world. Trust me, they listen to you and will write down all details down to a T. Book them, now. We love you.

I work with your budget and can create a custom proposal for any couple.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first make sure I can meet the couples needs. If they hire me I get to know them, their story, and exactly how they want their wedding or event to run. Communication on my end is key and I adapt to what works best for the client; text, email, phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Professional Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from San Diego State University. I have also been in the event industry for over 10 years.
