Reva is absolutely fantastic. I honestly was a bit skeptical because of how many glowing reviews they have recieved but they truly are a world class wedding planner. Our guests were raving about Reva and her coordinators throughout the wedding, and how they made everything transition so smoothly. They were always one step ahead of where the party was going to next and already laid the groundwork to have everyone transition to the next phase. On top of being amazing at coordinating a wedding, they have the perfect touch when it comes when to ask questions and when to make executive decisions to make the party good, and they are all so gosh darn nice. They make you feel like a friend, not a client, yet still keep everything professional. As I reflect on how good Reva and all the people who work with her are I'm smiling about just all the pleasant interactions I had. I would highly recommend this company for any of your planning needs.

I hired Reva about 3 months from my wedding date, realizing I was way over my head. I had everything planned, but there was no way I was going to be able to enjoy my day! I contacted her and we immediately connected, she has a very calm vibe and that was exactly what I needed for my day. I sent over all my information and she made the most beautiful detailed timeline! She asked me things that I probably never would have thought of, and made sure that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Every step of the way, and any question I had, she was there with answers or solutions. Day of the wedding, Reva and her team told me and our wedding party exactly where to go, set up all the decor and coordinated with vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly! I didn’t get a single call that morning, other than a “How are you doing” Text! I am SO thankful to your team for making my dreams a reality and putting everything together just the way I had imagined, really, even better! If you are on the fence about hiring her, DO IT. Literally the BEST decision I could’ve made for the day.Thank you so much again! <3

Reva is absolutely incredible. If you hire her, your event is bound to be perfection. We planned a very last minute backyard wedding and were feeling overwhelmed with all of the logistics so we reached out to Reva for help. I knew from our first conversation that our wedding was in the best hands. She was attentive and responsive every step of the way and really went above and beyond with the level of assistance she provided. When our wedding day finally came, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about A THING. Her team handled every detail and curveball and turned our backyard into the dreamiest venue. Everyone commented in the days following about how much they loved her and her team. I really could not recommend her enough! So much love to Reva and her team.

I can not praise enough the professionalism and quality of service we got from the Reva Event. I was one of those clueless brides who had no idea where to start with the whole wedding planning. I had a budget in mind and the date. Reva made the entire process go very smoothly and stress-free. She is very knowledgeable about the industry and gives great advice to save money while planning the wedding of our dreams. She asked the right questions so we could make the right decisions, she assisted with choosing other vendors, she made sure we stayed within the budget more than I did. She has a great sense of detail and does not leave any loose ends. She made me feel very special and taken care of on the wedding day. I did not worry about anything. Quickly after we started planning for our wedding we realized we needed help! Reva was exactly what we were looking for to help us coordinate and organize our event so that we could focus on each other for our big day. Although we hired her for day-of coordination she took the time to walk through the venue with us beforehand and hear our vision for the space, she even picked up some of our rentals we couldn't get to!     I work with your budget and can create a custom proposal for any couple.

    I first make sure I can meet the couples needs. If they hire me I get to know them, their story, and exactly how they want their wedding or event to run. Communication on my end is key and I adapt to what works best for the client; text, email, phone.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold a Professional Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from San Diego State University. I have also been in the event industry for over 10 years.
