LV went over and beyond what we expected from her when we hired her as wedding coordinator (day of). She made everything stress free for us, smooth and as perfect as it could possibly be. We originally planned to do everything by ourselves but we realized that this is not possible. It is also not fair to task relatives or friends to help out with wedding preps as we want them to just have fun on our special occasion. The simple and only solution was to hire LV and she took care of everything. She took charge and even planned the wedding reception timeline from start to finish. From the smallest detail up to working and coordinating with all the vendors. She was just so pleasant with everybody and it felt like she was in charge of everybody like the dj, photographer, caterers etc. She managed and worked with everybody so well which made our wedding reception as perfect as it could possibly be. Hiring her is like hiring a team because she can get everybody to work together towards a common goal. Me and wife is so grateful and lucky to have hired LV as our wedding coordinator.
My wife and I hired Hannah as our "day of" wedding coordinator. We couldn't be happier we did. This was absolutely money well spent! Incidentally, Hannah is extremely reasonably priced. We knew instantly when we met Hannah that we were in very capable hands. Hannah was extremely personable and attentive. She catered to our nerves and needs and did a wonderful job. She handled our ceremony run through the day before the wedding and ALL of our reception decor. For me this was Hannah going ABOVE & BEYOND. I was prepared to do it all on my own, but she wouldn't have it. She executed our vision absolutely perfectly with her keen eye for perfection. Her eagerness to please is evident. She is going to be an asset to the event planning industry and we would happily recommend her to any of our friends or family. We can't thank you enough, Hannah. Christina went above and beyond my expectations as my wedding coordinator. I had originally hired her to help me set up decorations at my wedding, but she did so much more, without me even asking. She frequently emailed me to check in and see how I was doing and provided suggestions for vendors as well as even added her own touch to some of my decorations to make them stand out or work better. The was an issue with my venue not being ready on time, and she was still able to get everything setup with much less time than we had expected! She stayed longer than I had thought at my wedding and held mine and my bridesmaids' purses while the ceremony was going on. I got tons of comments about how great everything looked. Christina is so professional, and my day couldn't have been so smooth if it wasn't for her!! Thank you Christina!!
We can't say enough good things about Chef Reneé and her team at Luscious Bites. They catered both our wedding for 100 at our home in Thousand Oaks and the brunch the following morning. They did a fabulously wonderful job. My family is of French heritage and filled with good cooks and foodies. So, the food part of the wedding was VERY important to us. We interviewed a dozen caterers, we went to a few tastings and even tried a several local restaurants in the initial planning stages. We were beginning to get worried that we would have to settle for less than we wanted until we met with Chef Reneé. Her stellar personality and her food at the tasting put both of our minds at ease and we knew that we had found the person who would cater our wedding to our standards. The food was all delicious and beautifully presented - crab stuffed Chilean Sea Bass, Blood Orange Glazed Pork tenderloin (to die for!), Saltimboca chicken, Saffron and Roasted Garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus with grilled red peppers and onions, arugula salad with heirloom baby beets and cherry tomatoes, Japanese cheesecake with 5-spice caramel, triple chocolate mousse cups and an apple tartlett. The brunch the next morning was equally wonderful as well, I mean stuffed French toast do I need to say more. All of the guests raved about the food! And, their wait staff was perfect. It couldn't have gone better! With all of the stresses that a wedding entails, Chef Reneé and her team definitely wasn't one of them. She was responsive, flexible with our many changes and positive and upbeat. She even handle the arrival unexpected guests at the brunch with grace and without missing a beat. They are everything you could ever want and we'll definitely use them again!!
Diamant does amazing work. She can make any wedding come to life with her amazing arrangements. She is very talented and I have had the pleasure of working with her on several weddings with my brides. Diamant can do anything from Hawaiian floral to extravagant garland and floral displays. Her rates are very fair and she is very detailed and maticulous with her floral creations. Diamant is very easy to work with and has some of the best arrangements I have seen in the wedding industry. She is definitely one of my go to florists as a wedding coordinator. Brides absolutely love her work. Thank you for all that you do.

We hired A.I. Entertainment for our wedding and they were fabulous! They were very organized, professional, and fun! They made sure to announce the important things like cake cutting, bouquet toss, and garter toss. They sent us a form to ensure they got all the music coordinated with each important piece of the reception. Not only did they provide music, but they also had karaoke! Since my husband and I are huge karaoke fiends, we had it at our reception. Huge hit! They were totally on point with everything. We will absolutely hire them again for our next event.
Valentina was amazing!! Our wedding day was flawless thanks to her. She was organized, professional and proactive throughout the planning process. We hired her as day-of coordinator, but she immediately contacted us and starting working with us. Leading up to the wedding she was in contact with all of our vendors and handled any last minute questions that came up. She was flexible and met me to hand of all the decor a few days before the wedding which made it so easy. On the day of the wedding she arrived at the venue so early and immediately started working with our vendors. She handled everything so as the bride I didn't worry at all about the little, last minute thing that came up. She was professional and would always ask my opinion as well as give her helpful and useful suggestions. I hired Julie to be my wedding coordinator pretty quickly after meeting her. I loved her sass and her personality after our 1st meeting and felt very confident that she would do an excellent job. She didn't disappoint me. My wedding was relatively small but that did not mean that she shoved me the side. Julie is extremely creative, patient, cool as a cucumber under pressure and nothing seems to phase her much. She is always available via phone or email and respond to any messages very quickly. I appreciated her honesty, her initiatives and her attention to details. She has a great sense of humor and I felt so at ease to have her next to me not only before the wedding but also on my wedding day. When the day was close, she handled, confirmed and talked to all my vendors (who by the way only had great things to say about her). She did an amazing job throughout the process and i can't thank her enough for giving us the wedding we wanted. When it came to flowers, i was probably not the easiest person to work with. I don't really like flowers and don't know much about them either. So I told Julie to just run wild and do what she wanted within our wedding colors. She kept me updated via pinterest and checked to see if I liked what she picked. Her vision turned out absolutely stunning. I'm obsessed with everything that she picked. Nothing too over the top. It was just on par with my personality and the kind of decor I was really looking for. Guests at our wedding still point out how beautiful the place looked. I highly recommend Julie and would hire her again in a heartbeat.
We had (Jenna) florology do my parents 50th wedding anniversary and the flowers were just absolutely beautiful and to die for. You can count on us for your services again we appreciate all your help and your guidance on what flowers to pick. Jenna you are the best !
I had my bridal shower earlier this year in April, and was taken back by the beautiful dessert bar. Not only were the mini desserts and pastries delicious, the whole table was so pretty and detailed. I cant say enough about all of the desserts, but the cake pops were to die for. You may think to yourself, Ok, cake pops are so easy to make. Roll up cake into a ball and dip it in melted chocolate. Nope! You have not had cake pop, until youve had this one. They were deliciously moist, with decorative floral designs that looked as if they came out of a magazine they were that good! The chocolate covered strawberries were made so well the chocolate had a nice, refreshing crisp, when you bit into it, with designs that were personalized for me. And last, but not least, the taro parfait. If you dont know what taro is, youll need to look it up because the taro parfait was absolutely mouthwatering. I can go on and on about the cookies and the rest of the desserts, but I think you get the point. Did I mention that Mary used different candies and mediums in my wedding colors at the dessert bar? Thank you, Mary, for doing such a wonderful job!
I've had the pleasure of attending a couple of events curated by Lady Eloise Event Planning and Design (LEEPD) and each time I have been impressed by the attention to detail, professionalism and seamlessness of the event from start to finish. Most recently, LEEPD helped bring my sister's dream wedding to fruition. A wedding for 300 guests is no small feat but every little detail, from decor to food to entertainment to accommodations and so on, was accounted for and executed flawlessly. I was so impressed with Porsia and her team I asked her for a stack of business cards and have been referring her and passing them out to friends and family in need of high quality event planning. If it helps, I don't typically write reviews unless I'm extremely impressed or highly disappointed. And by now, I'm sure you can tell I've been extremely impressed!! Seriously, go with LEEPD. You won't be disappointed!
Talissa was so amazing in helping me plan my wedding last October. From the flowers, to the set up of my ceremony, into the reception and everything little Inbetween was beautiful. My wedding would not of looked anywhere close to what it did without her perfect touch. I was so beyond thankful for her in making my special day all I wanted! The pictures I have forever will remind me how great it is to have an amazing wedding planner by my side.

I met Christina well looking for my wedding dress in the shop she works at. Although the dress did not end up being a match, Christina was! She was excellent at helping to coordinate our wedding. From our first meeting I knew this was someone I could pass off the reigns too. Her and her team did such an amazing job setting up in such a short time and making sure everything was just right. She knew how to be present and keep people on scheduled without being in the way or in your face. At first I was not sure I was going to get a coordinator for our wedding, but accidentally crossing paths while shopping for a dress was serendipitous and could not have worked out better. I wish I could give her 6 stars! I feel she and her team really had a big hand in helping to make our big day come together and be as special as it was for my husband and I.
Nancy was wonderful and made my Mom and Dad's 70th Wedding Anniversary Celebration absolutely (no pun intended) beautiful with her balloon creations. You cannot go wrong hiring Absolutely Balloons. I will definitely hire them again.
Krista did my wedding invitations and my wedding favor tags. I was blown away! Every aspect of planning my wedding was becoming more and more stressful, and the first fun thing I did for my wedding was to work with Krista on making a design for my invitations. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted and Krista helped me to make decisions through small steps. It was overwhelming looking online at all sorts of different invitations, but Krista asked me simple questions that helped me to weed out what I didnt want and discover what I did want. I ended up with an overall product that really gave guests a glimpse into what the wedding would be like. I had so many compliments on my invitations, and they were one of a kind. Krista was always quick to respond to me, met all of her deadlines, and never even batted an eye when I asked for MULTIPLE revisions. Her attention to detail is amazing, and there is nothing I would change about my final product. I had no idea that I could get custom invitations at a reasonable price. Only a few weeks before my wedding I asked if Krista could help me with my favor tags since I was running out of time to do them myself. Krista came up with an amazing design that matched our invitations and had them to me in record time. Working with Krista on the invitations and favor tags was probably the smoothest part of planning my wedding. With Babies on the brain I know I will be in touch soon to help with baby announcements and kid birthday parties. I am a customer for life. Thank you Krista!!!
Extremely organized, super professional, and the most genuine coordinator you will ever meet!" -- these are the words I would use to describe my experience working with Karen Aficial. Prior to our wedding, Karen had already been interning with another wedding event company in San Diego. Having a couple events already under her belt and from our initial meet, we were confident in our decision to choose Karen as our month-of-coordinator. We had a really tight budget to say the least (our flowers were from a Palm Springs grocer, we DIY'ed nearly all of the decor, and cut corners where it made sense). Leading up to our wedding, I didn't even stop to think about hiring a coordinator until I was overwhelmed doing last minute things the month of and I knew then, I needed extra help. I met with Karen a little more then a month before our wedding. We met over video chat online (not in person because I live in SF and she lives in San Diego). It was so easy to communicate with her and she totally made me feel more at ease with her confidence to take on our wedding coordination so last minute. She asked the right questions, took note of all of my (very detailed) direction and vision, took initiative (without me having to make e-intros through email) to contact all of our vendors, read all of our vendor contracts thoroughly making sure we didn't miss any important details, and put together a timeline that saved us throughout our wedding weekend! The only mistake I made, was not hiring her sooner! Being a bride who also manages events as my 9-5, it totally put me at ease to meet someone who understood all the little details of what it takes to manage a successful event. We can't thank her (and her husband Alex our MC) for running a smooth wedding for us from start to finish. We used Jamie for day of coordination and she was great!! family showed up with boxes of decorations and she set them up as we had discussed. as the bride, I felt like everything went so smoothly and only later did family tell me there were multiple little snags that Jamie took care of. great service!
