- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning needed—no hourly rates, no surprise fees. We occasionally offer discounts for repeat customers, back-to-back bookings, or referrals. Everything is upfront so you know exactly what you're paying.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple. We’ll ask just three quick questions, give you a flat-rate quote, and lock in a time that works best for you. The whole process takes less than 3 minutes over text or phone. After that, we handle the rest from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members go through hands-on training focused on attention to detail, time efficiency, and how to treat every space like it’s our own. We’re big on consistency and quality, and we don’t cut corners—literally or figuratively.
