Tony had come out to take a look at some windows that were installed improperly to see if you could fix them, and he was not able to. He gave a good recommendation going forward, in a greatly appreciated his honesty and bluntness. He also helped realign a front door that was not correctly installed.

Tony responded quickly, his price was competitive, he let me know when he was on his way, actually beat his original arrival ETA estimate, and he got me taken care of on a Saturday, only a few hours after I had first touched base with him. The screens look great and match the other windows and doors that he did for me. Tony even let me watch him do his thing explaining to me the process and his "secret sauce" in case I ever wanted to do it myself (I don't!).
