Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Yoga, Pilates, and abdominal exercises help boost core strength.
The resistance tubes, stroller, and even your child are used as an integral part of the workout. Classes are held on Mission Bay at Ski Beach and at Carmel Valley Recreation Center in San Diego.
