Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I am a 500 RTY Hatha/Vinyasa yoga instructor, and I teach both group and private lessons. I am also a reiki master, and I am trained in Thai yoga massage. I have a great love of yoga and love to share it! Yoga calms the mind, strengthens and tones the body, and heals the spirit. I believe yoga should be fun and should feel good. I often teach from a therapeutic perspective, as I trained with a yoga therapist for years. I can help you heal, gain strength, and maintain your mobility. Discover a happier, healthier you! My clients include the City of Escondito, and a cancer support group "Team Survivor San Diego". I am an owner of Akasha Mira Mesa, and I'm available to teach private lessons at the studio, or you can come check out my teaching style in a group class, the group class schedule is available on our web site. Namaste my friends!

I have received nothing but positive feedback from the participants in the Yoga class. Liz is a great instructor. I asked for a beginners class and that is what she provided. She knows how to gradually work new moves into the class. I am very happy I found this site.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Beginning yoga instruction, from the heart, Bhatki style! It's never too late to start, even if you have very limited mobility you can practice yoga, and get all the benefits. I also am trained to teach yoga for backs, so to coin a phrase, I've got your back! It's been scientifically proven that yoga greatly relieves back pain and helps the spine heal. Want something more active, want to tone, strengthen and lose weight? Try Vinyasa, a flowing practice that's a whole body, mind, spirit workout. Reiki healing and Thai yoga massage are other tools I use to help bring healing and wellness. Whatever your yoga needs, I am here for you.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Yoga is deeply personal, and your instructor should treat you with great respect, compassion and loving kindness. Please ask for referrals and take the time to check on them!
