I have flexibility issues which I already stretch and attend yoga for, but do not feel like I'm becoming more flexible. I had a session with Paul to address those concerns. I was open to his process, and was pleased with the results. I will be scheduling follow up session with him.

The 2 hour sessions allow us adequate time to talk about what we need to. We feel better each time we finish a session with Paul. He is an excellent coach who really allows us to recognize our emotions and work through it.
