The stroller-based fitness classes of Baby Boot Camp are specifically designed to assists moms get fit. It takes the place of a personal trainer during a moment in your life when you require one more than ever. Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Yoga, Pilates, and abdominal exercises help boost core strength. The resistance tubes, stroller, and even your child are used as an integral part of the workout. Classes are held on Mission Bay at Ski Beach and at Carmel Valley Recreation Center in San Diego.
