Introduction: OGYoga takes up to a maximum of six practitioners per class. We offer the following:
* Restorative yoga
Soothing and well-supported poses offer the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of life as your body opens. These postures are deeply supported by blankets, blocks, straps and chairs and are held for three to five minutes at a time. Chairs, blankets, blocks and straps are provided to support you with a restorative yoga practice.
* Yoga for Healthy Backs
For anyone who would like to build back strength, increase flexibility, improve posture and reduce chronic pain, you will explore gentle movement and breath work and learn to adapt postures safely and beneficially for your individual condition. Yoga for Healthy Backs is great for people new to yoga and those with chronic back pain as well as experienced students who would like to learn how to use yoga to improve back health.
