FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers face to face to talk about their pool and answer any questions they may have about their pool or my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly learning about the pool service industry. I go to all the training classes and seminars that I can so that I can better serve the customer and can solve any problems or answer any questions that come up.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions about the service provided and any charges that may not be included in the given monthly price. I try to be upfront about everything that the customer does and does not have to pay for even if the customer does not ask. I do not believe in hidden fees. Also get to know your service guy we are in your yard every week whether you are home or not. You want to be able to trust the person in your yard with your pets and kids and belongings. You get what you pay for and cheaper isn't always the better option.
