Guillermo’s Catering

Introduction: As a culinary school graduate, I am launching a catering company in order to put into practice what I have learned. I specialize in complex pastries such as croissants and mousse cakes. I am also trained in French, Italian, Mexican, and all sort of cultural foods. Apart from being trained as a line cook and professional baker, I also learned the art of coffee making and am a trained barista.
