I have three single family homes in Encino Park that have been under several different management companies for the last 15 years....no luck with any of them. I was looking for additional rental properties and came accross Tom and Roxana Bradley at one of their Open Houses. I was immediately impressed with their knowledge and follow through. I was further surprised when I learned they do property management,so I switched because it could not be worse than what it was....boy I was surely surprised. Dennis does it all for me when I need maintenance or new upgrades on my Gardena Rental property. He is very conscientious in his work, and even sends me pictures when it is done. He recently directed the installation of a new roof, and got me a very good deal on it too.
