We really appreciate Dickson's honest assessment on our sewer pipe. We decided to defer our project bc he gave us his honest opinion on the health of our pipe. I replaced 11 angle stops and a kitchen faucet. I was given good advice to not replace a sink. The advice was that I could replace two worn components and the sink would look new. The components were the drain trap and a vent for the dishwasher. It was good advice. The sink looks new.
