A technician from Duct & Vent came out within hours of reaching out for a quote. When he arrived he was very kind and informative. He located the vent which was on the roof of our two story condo unit. He used his own ladder and dangerously maneuvered up there in 80 degree heat. He gave me and few options I went with whatever he recommended which was a deep cleaning of the entire vent. He was efficient and performed the job in 15 minutes! The cost of the service was a bit on the steep side (ended up being almost double than I had anticipated) but it needed to be done as our dryer was beginning to smell smoky after our clothes dried. Although I am grateful for his service, I probably should’ve shopped around for other quotes. I’m sure it could’ve been done at a cheaper rate elsewhere ..

Tech came out to clean our dryer vents in a same-day service call. He did such a fantastic job, was so proficient and professional and prompt. Tech knew what he was doing and executed the work cleanly. 5 stars!!
