FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer training packages on a month to month, auto-pay membership. This allows both the client and myself the best opportunity to use the time at hand effectively, and reduce the financial stress of figuring out when to renew each month. Each package includes either 4, 8, 12 or 16 sessions per month, which is broken down to 1-4 visits per week respectively.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start each prospective client with an assessment allowing both the client and myself to gather information about the individual we'll be working with. We then go into a full body assessment, attaining the results from a full body composition, an FMS screening, and finally a bit of a strength test. This provides myself the best opportunity in developing each individual's unique training package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Kinesiology, with a focus in Lifetime Fitness. I have been training since my sophomore year of college as my path to several key internships began, leading to the personal training career I have today. Currently studying to pass the NSCA's Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification
