- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is project-based and determin6hed by scope, materials, complexity, and estimated labor time. A minimum service call fee may apply for small jobs. Detailed written estimates are provided prior to scheduling work. Any additional work outside the original scope requires customer approval before proceeding. Discounts may be available for bundled services or repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a needs assessment via message, phone, or on-site evaluation. Photos or site visits may be requested to accurately define scope. A written estimate and projected timeline are then provided. Upon approval, materials are confirmed and the project is scheduled. Work is completed according to industry best practices, followed by a final walkthrough to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
