Hello! As a hardwood floor specialist I’ve been honing my craft for the past decade. Bringing beauty to a space is my passion, and providing a professionally long-lasting built floor is my pride. I have had the great pleasure of studying under fantastic master craftsmen in my field, and I continue to develop my knowledge in new techniques, and the best and most cost efficient products available, as I also continue to broaden my knowledge in the latest r&d aspects of interior design. I have 14 years of experience installing and refinishing hardwood floors. Most of my work was in Orange County, Beverly Hills, and Malibu. I work mainly on high end residential projects, and can provide plenty of references. I currently work in the field with my hard working crew that performs with integrity, honesty, a mindfulness of your space, and a careful attention to detail. Not glossing over any part of the process is extremely important to me and your floor. I have a 100% costumer satisfaction guaranteed model...and have never had a dissatisfied client. The highest goals I set are: to provide my client with an enjoyable experience on the business end of things: - Provide a free and thorough estimate, with moisture testing, all measurements, and material sheet included. - Clear plan of action. - Reasonable timeline with professional communication. - Fair and competitive prices, with NO hidden additional costs. - Clean cut, professional, and trusted workers that don’t cuss, smoke, or leave messes. (It’s important that you feel safe and respected in your home, commercial space, etc.) Excellent craftsmanship: - Beautiful wood floors I can stand behind and be proud of. - Proper infrastructure (Ply wood, underlining, moisture barrier, ect) - Proper installment, lasting finish, with ONLY THE BEST products (this is extremely important...do not let anyone tell you otherwise!) I think what stands out about our business is that we really do care. We will be sensitive to your schedule, your space, and your health. That said, I follow a strict schedule, leaving no dust, (no dust method), hand prints, etc (basically all the things that drive me crazy:). I see clean up as a very important part of the process. With years of experience working with designers and architects in the industry, I can confidently offer any tips or advice in the purchase or design choice of your product or vision for flooring and/or space. I would prefer the wood to be delivered to the site, ahead of time, to assure the necessary acclimation period prior to install. But with a decent amount of leeway...
