My Yoga Minute

My Yoga Minute is an online resource for all things yoga. Our specialty is in producing yoga apps for the iTunes store. We have 6 different apps available for all levels of students! Additionally, we are a group of yoga teachers who offer private or group yoga sessions for individuals or group functions. Sessions can happen in your home, in one of our studios or at an offsite location of your choice. We've offered our private services for individuals looking to begin or deepen their practice and to groups for birthday parties, corporate functions and bridal parties, to name a few!
