He did come the next day as scheduled and took care of my problem within the amount of time he said it would take. Now I have hot water a new water heater to replace my 24-year old one. I would definitely recommend Dr Drain for any plumbing needs."See more

We were dealing with water pouring out of a pipe every time our neighbors did laundry and needed someone to come on the day.The person who answered the phone at R&L (I think her name was Cynthia) was very helpful and a clear communicator. She kept me posted as she contacted the owner, Larry, and located a plumber who can come within the hour. The plumber who came (Michael) was also a great communicator, and he asked questions to understand the problem we were dealing with, arrived earlier than originally scheduled, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He even followed up after he left to make sure the issue was truly fixed and gave us tips on how to ensure the laundry space isn't damaged following the water leak. Going forward, R&L will be the first plumbers we call!"See more

This review is long overdue, given the numerous plumbing services I’ve entrusted to Zaya Plumbing Maintenance company. I wholeheartedly recommend Zayah for any and all plumbing needs.
