We enjoyed our experience with this plumbing service! Within two minutes of submitting the inquiry we received a phone call stating that there would be a free consultation in person to then give us a quote for the service. The emergency plumber arrived within an hour, provided us with a quote in person that seemed reasonably priced, and repaired the issue with our dishwasher. The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. After leaving our house, we noticed that our dishwasher disposal was not working so we reached out to the plumbing team again. The plumber video called us within 10 minutes and quickly helped us resolve the issue. The team was so hands-on, supportive, considerate, and responsive. We would absolutely hire them again!

All of a sudden every drain in my home was backing up into my shower, yuck. I have only one bathroom so this was and emergency of the highest order as I had no toilet. Dickinson responded immediately to my inquiry, -and after one message just went ahead and called me to discuss. They were here in 45 minutes and had the problem resolved within a couple hours. It was everything I could hope for and more from a plumber. I will gladly call them again when I need assistance.

I had an unexpected leak in a lower apartment. I sent a message to Plunbing and Rooter Service on Sunday about 7 p.m. and received a response back in 30 minutes confirming an appointment for Monday morning. Carlos identified the leak as a corroded sewer pipe. It was a tricky repair in a tight area. Solid work but I was mostly impressed with their quick response. On a second unrelated problem, I called at 8 a.m. and requested Carlos by name and he arrived by 10 a.m. Another difficult repair that was completed in a timely manner. It's nice to know if I have an emergency, I have a plumber I can rely on.
