Every project is different depending on size, material, and scope. We provide free estimates and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer can submit photos and measurements through the website form to speed up the estimate process. After that, we can have a quick phone call, FaceTime, or Zoom consultation. After reviewing the details, we provide an initial estimate. If the project is a good fit, we schedule an in-person visit to take final measurements and discuss the scope of work. This process saves our clients time and helps us provide accurate pricing efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tritone Construction was founded by Kenneth Annis, who has over 20 years of construction and remodeling experience in the Bay Area. He and his team started the company to provide high-quality work, honest service, and reliable project management for homeowners and property managers. Over the years, Tritone has grown through referrals and satisfied customers.
