Dave was able to jump around to all the different projects I had at my house, getting it ready to rent. Flooring, painting, drywall, even finding leaks in the roof and sealing it up, he was a jack of all trades and very reasonably priced. Getting ready for another project shortly and he’s the first one I’m calling.
