Lucia Grace Yoga

Introduction: Lucia Grace is a yoga therapist based in the Bay Area. She has completed over 500 Hours of training with Purusha Yoga School in San Francisco where she teaches Restorative Yoga, Hatha Flow, and also practices Thai Yoga Bodywork. Her warm, loving presence invites clients to open to the truth of their innermost desires, and encourages their authentic selves to come out and play. Utilizing guided meditation, the Chakra system, Asana, Pranayama, authentic movement, and sacred archetypal imagery, she helps clients to uncover, celebrate and live their truths fully. She additionally helps people soften and connect to body and spirit through Thai Yoga Bodywork. Lucia has a space to see clients at Purusha Yoga located in the Richmond District of San Francisco, and also happily travels to see clients in their homes or anywhere else. Namaste!
