- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide reliable networking services for any sized business by listening to customers and working with them to create a solution that meets with their service level goals and objectives. It is my mission to help customers/clients make their networks more of an asset than a liability. I work to this end by such means as defining the customer's needs and then applying proven standards and guidelines that make network support less of a burden. I make customer service a top priority, always striving to comply with the service level objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ Years IT Experience I have extensive on the job experience with Windows NT / XP / 7 / 8 / 10 and Apple OSX 10.4 to 10.10 systems, Windows Servers, Network Management, and Apple Xserve Servers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started programming in the the six grade which let me to Physics and after college, I began a career in IT. Soon after i started my first support role, my boss quit, making me the head of the IT department, and then the company physically moved locations. It was baptism by fire and I had to learn at a very fast rate and that excitement propelled me into IT support.
