We are so grateful we had Valerie helping us with partial planning and day-of coordination. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what mattered to us, and we always felt like her advice came from a place of truly wanting the wedding to feel like us.

As we got closer to the day, she took so much off our plate by staying on top of our vendors, following up on details, and always being quick to respond whenever we had a question.

On the wedding day, we felt so taken care of and could actually relax and enjoy being with our family and friends because we knew Valerie had everything covered. She was genuinely invested in us and that is what made working with her feel so special. We highly recommend Valerie and Heartcraft Events!

My husband and I came into the last stretch of planning quite overwhelmed and stressed. Valerie shifted us from feeling stressed to feeling confident and excited for our big day. She took everything we'd half-figured-out, asked the questions we hadn't thought to ask, and handed it all back to us as a timeline and flow that just made sense.

On the wedding day itself, she was nothing short of incredible. She had thoughtfully reserved both the space and the time for my husband and I to eat and enjoy time privately with each other after our ceremony. All of our vendors knew exactly where to be and all our guests were well taken care of. We got to spend the entire day present with our loved ones instead of worrying about logistics.
