I ordered 2 cakes for my daughter’s first birthday party. One was a funfetti cake that was a big hit especially with all the kids. The second was a tres leches cake, and it was the best I’ve ever ever had.

Working with Arin was a dream! I hired Arin to bake my wedding cake and ended up hiring her to create the entire dessert bar as well. After experiencing the quality of her baking, we decided to see what else she could do. She ran with my ideas and showed so much enthusiasm for the project! In addition to a three tiered cake, we asked for a cocktail themed dessert bar, so she created Lemoncello Merengue and Mint Mojito tarts, Peach Bellini and Paloma macrons, Piña Colada Pana Cotta, Butterscotch Whiskey Pots de crème, and Coffee Irish Cream cream puffs. For being a trained and seasoned pastry chef, and her willingness to develop custom recipes just for us, her prices were very reasonable. I think the biggest compliment to her was when my caterer and his assistant both begged for her business cards and raved about the beauty of her work! But not only was it beautiful…it was delicious, and I can’t wait for an excuse to work with her again!
