I cook organic meals for busy working professionals and families in San Francisco and Marin County who want delicious, healthy, and convenient food but don't have time to spend shopping or cooking and don't want to keep relying on fattening takeout food. Because I prepare meals for them, they can spend their free time outside of work with friends and family instead of worrying about getting dinner on the table. My food is filling and nourishing without being heavy; I use local and organic ingredients with a particular emphasis on seasonal vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and fresh herbs and spices, and I'm very open to clients' requests for special favorite dishes. I'm a classically trained chef with a special interest in Californian, Mediterranean, and North African cuisines.
