I am a professional chef with 13 years in Michelin star restaurants and Luxury Hotels. I studied Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Pamukkale University in Turkey. In addition, ı finished my Master's degree in Gastronomy at Canakkale University in Turkey.
I offer local-Californian-inspired cuisine with authentic & vibrant Mediterranee and Asian influences. I believe in only working with superior, fresh, organic & local ingredients that Bay Area farmer's markets have to offer. ı work with the seasonal harvest to showcase each distinguishable and perfectly in-season ingredient.
