Our pricing is customized based on the type of event, number of guests, menu selection, and service style (buffet or live cooking stations). We focus on delivering a premium experience using high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian techniques. We’re happy to work within different budgets when possible and can suggest menu adjustments to best match your needs. A deposit is required to secure your date, and we offer transparent, all-inclusive quotes with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your event, vision, and preferences. From there, we create a customized menu proposal tailored to your occasion. Once approved, we handle all the planning details - from ingredient sourcing to setup and execution. On the day of the event, our team arrives fully prepared to deliver a seamless experience, including live cooking stations if requested. Our goal is to make the process easy, enjoyable, and stress-free for you.

I have extensive hands-on experience in Italian cuisine, with a strong focus on traditional techniques and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Over the years, I’ve refined my skills working in professional kitchens and through continuous learning, specializing in handmade pasta, classic sauces, and authentic presentation styles that reflect true Italian culinary traditions.
