- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are hourly and there is a 75 dollar fee for cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I do an initial walk through to determine what type of work needs to be done and approximate the amount of hours/working schedule. This assessment is free and can be done in person or via zoom, facetime etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
