- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do personal training packages of 8 and 12 sessions. 8 for people who work out twice a week and 12 for three times a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a free consultation and assessment to see where my client's fitness level are at. During the assessment I look for overactive muscles, tightness and posture with my new clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a NASM certification. I have experience in mixed martial arts, boxing, muay thai, brazillian-jiujitsu and wrestling.
